Hello people, I am an event organizer and chef originally from Latvia. While the terrace is closed for the season I will be holding the Dinner & Wine Tasting at Paral-lel. At newly renovated hided attic, where I will be sharing knowledge with you of how to treat raw fish, to eat it in a healthy way while tasting white wines from a prestigious vineyard in Catalonia. The dinner experience will be a mix of different traditions and tastes, we are going to start the evening with Spanish tapas, followed by Peruvian style inspired ceviche, Asian cuisine inspired tuna/salmon tartare and all of that combined and paired with specially selected Spanish wines. Not to forget about Latvian dessert served with red wine for the grand finale.
My boyfriend and I will make sure you get served the best wine at the right temperature as well he will explain the characteristics of the wine and the region it comes from.
